1. General

MoveBase is a service that helps you find and buy real estate in Vietnam (“we”). This Policy explains what data we receive from website users and how we use it.

By submitting a request, you agree to this Policy. For data-processing questions, write to hello@movebase.co.

2. What data we collect

From forms and quizzes: your name; a contact (phone, messenger handle or link); and your preferred contact method (call, WhatsApp or Telegram).

The content of your request: quiz answers (including preferred location, budget and goal) and — if you provide them — an email and a free-text comment.

Technical data: a language cookie and functional site cookies; if web analytics is enabled, anonymised visit statistics (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for passport, payment or banking data, and we do not store your IP address with the request.

3. How we use data

To contact you about your request, select properties and services, and answer your questions.

For legalization and legal requests — to pass your case to a specialist partner lawyer for consultation.

To improve the website, if web analytics is enabled.

4. Who we share data with

Requests reach our team via Telegram — for this, the content of your request is sent to the Telegram service.

For requests related to legalization and legal matters, data is shared with vetted Vietnamese partner lawyers.

We use third-party infrastructure: hosting, font delivery (Google Fonts) and images (Unsplash), and — when analytics is enabled — Yandex.Metrica and/or Google Analytics. These services may see your IP address.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep requests for as long as necessary to contact you and provide services. Automatic deletion is currently not configured — requests are kept until deleted manually.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent to processing, by writing to hello@movebase.co.

7. Children

The site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; the last update date is shown above.
