These Terms govern the use of the MoveBase website. By using the site and submitting requests, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About the service
MoveBase is an information, advisory and intermediary service for real estate in Vietnam: selecting and vetting properties, accompanying the deal, rental management, and advising on business entry and legalization.
MoveBase does not own the listed properties and does not sell real estate directly. Certain services — in particular legal matters and legalization — are provided by specialist partners. Buyer-side selection is free; the scope and cost of other services are agreed individually.
3. Requests and communication
By submitting a request, you confirm that the contact details provided are accurate and consent to being contacted through them. Submitting a request does not create a contract and is not an offer or an obligation to enter into a deal.
There are no online payments or transactions on the site — payment is not taken through the website.
4. Content and intellectual property
The texts, design and selections on the site belong to MoveBase or are used with the rights holders' permission. Photos and descriptions of properties may belong to developers, owners or other third parties.
Use of the site's materials without our consent is not permitted.
5. Disclaimer
Information on the site, including prices, property details and yield-calculator results, is for reference only, may change, and is not a public offer or investment advice.
Availability and terms for specific properties are confirmed separately; final terms are set out in the relevant agreements.
6. Third-party services
The site uses third-party services (for example, messengers for communication and our partners' services). We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party resources.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.
